In late November, the halls of the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai will fill with spinning lines, fiber extrusion systems and nonwovens equipment running side by side. Somewhere inside every one of those lines there is a cutting edge doing a quiet, repetitive job: slicing tow into staple, trimming web, slitting film. When that edge dulls, fiber length drifts and production slows. That edge is what Chengdu Huaxin Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. makes, and from 20 to 24 November 2026 our team will be at Booth H5.1-F11 at ITMA ASIA + CITME 2026 to talk about it.

A Show Built Around the Whole Textile Chain
ITMA ASIA + CITME has run since 2008, pairing the global ITMA brand with CITME, China’s most important textile machinery event. The 2026 show is the tenth combined edition. It is organized by Beijing Textile Machinery International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and co-organized by ITMA Services, with the Japan Textile Machinery Association as a special partner.
The exhibit scope follows the fabric from raw fiber to finished product: spinning, man-made fibres, weaving, knitting, printing, dyeing and finishing, nonwovens, embroidery, garment, braiding, recycling, testing and packaging machinery. The organizers have reported that both exhibitor numbers and floor space have passed every earlier combined edition, which says something about how much investment is still flowing into textile manufacturing in China and across Asia.

What Huaxin Carbide Brings to Shanghai
Chengdu Huaxin Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. is an industrial blade manufacturer, and the scope is deliberately narrow: we make cemented tungsten carbide cutting and slitting blades, and nothing else. We do not build the cutting machines. We make the part that has to survive inside them. That focus is what we will be putting on the table at H5.1-F11, and it is why the conversations we want are with the people who run the lines: production managers, maintenance engineers, machine builders and sourcing teams.
Tungsten carbide earns its place in textile and fiber cutting for a simple reason. Synthetic and man-made fibers are abrasive, delicate steel edges wear away quickly, and every hour spent changing blades is an hour the line is not producing. A carbide edge holds its geometry far longer, so cut quality stays consistent from the first shift of a blade’s life to the last.
Three Blade Families on Display
|
01
Industrial Blades for Textile
A range of tungsten carbide cutting and slitting blades for textile and nonwovens processing, where the material is thin, fast-moving and unforgiving of a ragged edge. The goal is a clean cut that stays clean, shift after shift, with fewer interruptions for blade changes.
|
|
02
Tungsten Carbide Blades for Fiber Cutters
Blades made for fiber cutting equipment, where edge sharpness and wear resistance directly shape how consistent the output is. Cemented carbide gives the edge the hardness to keep cutting abrasive man-made fibers without the early rounding-off that shortens the life of lesser materials.

|
03
Industrial Staple Fiber Cutting Blades
Staple fiber lines cut continuous tow into fixed lengths at high speed, and a dull blade shows up quickly as uneven length and fused or frayed ends. Our staple fiber cutting blades are made from cemented carbide for polyester, viscose and other chemical fiber applications, built to hold a sharp edge through long production runs.

Who We Would Like to Meet
Fiber and nonwovens producers who want longer blade life and steadier cut quality. Cutting machine builders looking for a carbide blade supplier they can specify with confidence. Distributors and trading partners serving the textile and chemical fiber industry. And anyone at the show who suspects the blade, not the machine, is the weak link in their line.
Trade visitors can pre-register through the official ITMA ASIA + CITME websites before the show. Once you are in the hall, look for Hall 5.1 and ask for Booth F11.
Questions Visitors Ask Us
What will Huaxin Carbide show at ITMA ASIA + CITME 2026?
Tungsten carbide blades for textile and fiber cutting, including industrial blades for textile, blades for fiber cutters and industrial staple fiber cutting blades. Find us at Booth H5.1-F11.
Does Huaxin Carbide make fiber cutting machines?
No. We manufacture cemented carbide cutting blades only. Our blades are made to be used in your cutting equipment, whoever built it.
What should I bring to the booth?
Blade dimensions or drawings, a used blade if you have one, and a note on your material, cutting speed and current blade life. The more detail you bring, the more specific our technical discussion can be.
How do I register to visit the show?
Trade visitors can register online at www.itmaasia.com or www.citme.com.cn. Pre-registration is open until 19 November 2026.
